Nai Dilli : Dr Pankaj Kharade, Department of Prosthodontics, Dr Z A Dental College, Aligarh Muslim University, attended a program at the Indian Naval Dental Centre, Colaba, Mumbai as a keynote speaker. The workshop was organized under the aegis of the Indian Navy Headquarters and featured a two-day scientific program on “Maxillary Sinus Grafting and Implant Placement.”
On the first day of the workshop, Dr Kharade delivered a detailed lecture on the clinical protocol for maxillary sinus grafting and implant placement, followed by a live surgery session performed on patients. The second day focused on the prosthetic treatment phase after sinus grafting, including an in-depth discussion and a live demonstration of the technique.

The event witnessed participation from officers of the Indian Navy, Army, and Air Force stationed across the country. Dr Kharade was felicitated for his contribution by Surg Cmde Kavita Makkar, Commanding Officer; Surg Rear Adm KM Adhikari, Chief Medical Officer, Headquarters Western Naval Command; and Surg Rear Adm Dilip Raghavan, Commanding Officer, INHS Asvini, Mumbai.
