Nai Dilli Bureau : BJP National Gen Secretary Organization Shri B L Santhosh on ‘X’, “In a few hours from now Wakf amendment Bill , 2024 will be tabled in Loksabha & in all probability be passed too . A bundle of unjust rules in the guise of Wakf since the inception of Wakf Board & certain draconian amendments brought in 2013 by UPA Govt will be annulled.”
Every fair minded person irrespective of his faith will support this move by PM Sri Narendra Modi led Govt . But the Nehruvian legacy of Pseudo Secularism still haunts certain parties , groups & leaders which creates a smoke screen of appeasement politics for them .
Few days from now one sided accession of properties in the name of Wakf will be stopped . Law of the land will be applied to all disputes . Tribal land under schedule 5 & 6 will be saved from Wakf accession all together .
Shri B L Santosh said on ‘X’, Only Muslims practicing their faith for at least 5 years can practice Wakf that too only owned by them. All offering should be made in writing & they will be up for judicial scrutiny. Wheel of Justice completes one more round thanks to a Nationalist & Courageous leadership.
