New Delhi, Dec 31: Dr. Basant Goel, CEO of Goel Medicos, Delhi, received the prestigious Sir Ratan Tata Business Excellence Award 2024 during the Ratan Tata Memorial Lecture organized by the Centre for Narendra Modi Studies on Ratan Tata’s birth anniversary, at the India International Centre, New Delhi.
Acknowledged for his dedication and service, Dr. Goel has received numerous prestigious accolades in India and abroad. Notably, he was honored with Prestigious Bharat Bhagya Nirmata Award by Seven Cabinet Ministers, “Lifetime Achievement Award” as The Ambassador of India for Medicines, Philanthropy & Blood Man of the Year at the Global Business Awards 2024, presented by renowned philanthropist and actor Sonu Sood.
The award ceremony on December 28 at the Rata Tata Memorial Lecture organized by the Centre for Narendra Modi Studies witnessed the presence of several distinguished personalities from diverse fields, including Dr. Kiran Bedi, Shri Kishor Makwana, Prof. Jasim Mohammad, Dr. Aayushi Ketkar, Dr. Amna Mirza, Shri Anil Maheshwari, Smt. Priti Srivastava, Dr. Adish C. Aggarwala, Shri Firoz Bakht Ahmad, Dr. Renuka, Shri Neeldaman Khatri, and Mrs. Sunaina Agrawal.
During the event, Dr. Basant Goel exchanged biographies with Dr. Kiran Bedi and NCSC Chairman Kishor Makwana, both of whom received signed copies of his biography as a token of appreciation. Dr. Goel also delivered an impactful 20-minute lecture, emphasizing the importance of his guiding principles: Manav Seva (Service to Humanity), Swasthya Seva (Healthcare Service), and Gau Seva (Service to Cows).
As a renowned philanthropist, Dr. Goel received widespread admiration for his biography, with numerous attendees eagerly requesting his autograph. His guiding motto—”Manav Seva, Swasthya Seva, Gau Seva”—remains the cornerstone of his philanthropic endeavors, inspiring countless individuals worldwide.
