JMI Alumni Secure Prestigious Placements at AlMeer Saudi Technical Services Co. KSA with impressive packages of 12 LPA
The University Placement Cell (UPC), Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI), has announced the extraordinary placement achievement of its alumni students from the 2024 and 2025 batches, with ten students securing prestigious positions at AlMeer Saudi Technical Services Co.
The company selected ten outstanding alumni from B. Tech programs in Mechanical, Electrical, and Civil Engineering for the position of Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET), offering an impressive annual package of 12 LPA, besides accommodation which will be provided by the company. This achievement marks a significant milestone for the University Placement Cell and reflects its continuous commitment towards supporting not only current students but also alumni in securing excellent career opportunities.
The campus placement drive was conducted during the company’s campus visit in December 2025. The delegation from AlMeer Saudi Technical Services Co. included the CEO & President, Mr. Gulam Mustafa, Vice President – Operations Mr. Furquan Mohammad, and Estimation Manager, Mr. Mohammad Khaja.
The AlMeer team received a warm welcome from Hony. Director Prof. Rahela Farooqi and Hony. Deputy Director Prof. Sabah Khan. Prof. Rihan Khan Suri, Director CIE & Professor TPO, also extended his gratitude and welcomed the visitors.
The campus recruitment process commenced with a comprehensive ‘Pre-Placement Talk’, during which the company representatives briefed the students about the organization, job roles, responsibilities, and career opportunities. The selection process included multiple rigorous stages comprising the pre-placement talk, face-to-face interview round, questionnaire assessment round, and final selection Round. The recruitment process has now been successfully completed, and the selected students have joined AlMeer Saudi Technical Services Co. this month in Al Khobar.
